Renowned businesswoman Matsi Modise will be the guest speaker today for another installment of the weekly business webinars hosted by the Free State Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FSCCI).

Modise, founder and chief executive officer of Furaha Afrika Holdings, is not only well known for her business ventures but for her contribution as an entrepreneurship ecosystem builder.

The webinars are hosted by FSCCI president Thabo Pitse and chief executive officer Renaldo Meyer and are intended to provide a platform for business development in the province.

Each week an industry expert will make a presentation on a predetermined topic and field questions from guests.

Today, Modise’s topic will be centred on the journey to building an enabling entrepreneurship ecosystem in South Africa.

Established in November 2018, the FSCCI is the newest non-profit institution representing the private sector in the Free State province.

Meyer explained that the chamber is the preeminent voice advocating for increased trade and investment between businesses within each sector as well as with the government within the Free State.

    Webinar Details:

    Date: Tuesday, September 8, 2020
